Production time: 1–3 business days
Shipping time: 5–7 business days
Total estimated delivery: 6–10 business days from order date

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Returns Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:

Unworn and unwashed
In its original condition with all tags attached
Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please contact us via our Contact page with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Please note: Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you've received a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll resolve it promptly at no cost to you.
