How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders go through a production period of 1–3 business days, followed by shipping of 5–7 business days. Your total estimated delivery time is 6–10 business days from the date of your order.
Do you ship to the UK?
Yes! We're a UK-based brand and ship to customers across the United Kingdom.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, once your order has been dispatched you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
How do I start a return?

Are returns free?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Orders
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can only be amended or cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, as production begins quickly. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll make it right.

How do I find my size?
Each product page includes a size guide. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for an oversized fit or sizing down for a more fitted look.
